Waiting

The book is up and ok for some formats and some ebooks. I have had one download and 11 partial downloads so far. For all the other formats this is what i'm waiting on:

I have already fixed it twice and gotten error messages. They are quick to say no go but slow to say yes, at least that is how it seems.
